Our stripe ruffle capris are made from medium weight hand dyed and printed Cotton/Lycra blend fabric.  They feature a ruffle trimmed fold over waist band, cloth covered buttons, and slit at back of leg with ruffle detail trim.  Perfect for active and casual lifestyles.
